I Like to think of Meditation as intentional relaxation! Your intentions guide you to what meditation is right for you at any given practice! Need to relax - Progressive, Need to focus - grab your Mala beads, Need to explore your inner thoughts and feelings? Mindfulness....you see where I'm going here! The benefits of Meditation are vast, I believe anyone can Meditate ( just as I believe anyone can benefit from Hypnosis) - Meditation is a conversation with your soul, the inner most parts of you, Yes sometimes barriers need to be broken down to get to this state of total relaxation - But thats what Yoga, Meditation and Spirituality is - It's breaking down the walls we build around ourselves in order to give our souls a chance to speak.
